Return & Refunds

Our policy currently do not allow return and refund. All sales are final so we do encourage you to reach out to us at jewjews.co@gmail.com if you have any questions before making the purchase.

 

Exchanges

If the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at jewjews.co@gmail.com within 5 days upon receiving and state your order number and contact info. We will evaluate the issue and make an exchange for you. Items must be in new condition with original packaging. For an exchange, mail out your item within 14 days from the receipt of original order. Please allow 14 days from the date that we receive your return for the refund or exchange request to be processed. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

 

退貨及退款
