Shipping & Delivery

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be well packed to ship. For details please refer to the product page.

Local shipping is included for all orders within Hong Kong and will be sent via Hong Kong Post surface mail. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive email notification.

We also offer SF Express shipping option (paid at delivery). If you prefer to settle the shipping fee in advance for gifting purposes, please contact us at jewjews.co@gmail.com or Instagram @jewjews.co.

 

For international orders, we utilize Hong Kong Post without tracking as our standard shipping method. If you would like to add tracking service to your international order, please contact us. Please note that tracking service may incur an additional charge.

 

Packaging

All orders will include a complimentary jewelry pouch for every 2 products to support sustainability. Please let us know in advance or enter notes at shopping card if you need single packaging for each item. Shipping fee will be required if this is requested after orders have been shipped.

對於國際訂單，我們採用香港郵政普通郵件作為標準運送方式，不提供追蹤服務。如果您希望將添加追蹤服務，請聯繫我們。請注意，追蹤服務可能會產生額外費用。

包裝

為以支持可持續性，每兩件商品將附送一個珠寶收納袋。如果您需要單獨包裝，請提前告知我們或在購物車中添加備註。如果在發貨後要求單獨包裝，將需要支付額外運費。
