1. All bookings should be completed before 24 hours.

2. If you wish to reschedule your session, please contact us via WhatsApp +852 5681 7685 at least 48 hours prior to the workshop. Each booking is allowed one complimentary change only.

3. No-show, rescheduling and cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will result in the session being forfeited. Workshop fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds will not be granted under any circumstances.

4. Timely arrival – To ensure smooth workshop, we require that all students to arrive on time, preferably 5 minutes before workshop starts. Students who arrive later than 30 minutes past the start time will be considered as no-show. 
為確保工作坊順利進行，請提早 5 分鐘到達。若遲到超過 30 分鐘，將當作缺席處理。

5. Workshops cancelled due to adverse weather will be rescheduled without additional charge.
因惡劣天氣影響下而取消之工作坊，會安排改期而不額外收費。

6. jewjews reserves the right to make changes or cancellations to the workshops due to operational reasons. Students will be notified prior to the workshop. Rescheduling or full refund will be entitled.
